All Vitalplant® products are handmade in Germany to the highest quality standards in our family-run facility in Memmingen. High quality standards and pharmaceutical expertise are always our top priorities.
We use only high-quality, lab-tested ingredients in our manufacturing process and completely avoid unnecessary additives and separating agents. This guarantees you receive exactly the product that benefits your health and ensures optimal tolerability.
Yes, almost all our products are vegan and come in vegan capsule shells. Only our “Men’s Capsules” product uses gelatin capsules and is therefore not vegan.
Regular laboratory testing of raw materials and standardized manufacturing processes according to GMP standards guarantee the highest quality. In addition, we use an internal pharmaceutical quality management system based on years of experience in the German pharmacy sector.
Order and Shipping
The standard delivery time after successful payment is 2-3 business days within Germany. Within Europe, delivery usually takes 3-6 business days.
For orders over €60, we offer free shipping within Germany. For EU countries, we provide free shipping starting at €100.
You can conveniently pay by PayPal, Klarna, credit card, instant bank transfer, invoice, or prepayment.

We currently ship domestically via DHL and throughout Europe exclusively via DHL Express.
You will usually receive your shipment tracking information directly by email after your package has been handed over to DHL. If you have not received the email, you can find your tracking information in your user account.

Product information
The minimum shelf life is generally between 12 and 18 months from the date of manufacture. You can find more detailed information on each individual product package.
In our specialized facility, we produce only dietary supplements. We deliberately avoid unnecessary additives and fillers. No nuts, legumes, or other allergens are processed. Our products are free from gluten, lactose, and soy. However, please always check the ingredient list on the respective product label.
Our dietary supplements are scientifically formulated to complement each other and can be combined synergistically. For optimal ingredient combinations, we recommend our specially developed Vital Packages and Nutrient Complexes, which are tailored to various health needs. For personalized recommendations, our team of experts is always happy to help.
Returns and warranty
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The condition is that the products are in their unopened original condition. In justified individual cases, we also offer a flexible solution even after the deadline has passed.
Simply contact us by email or contact form regarding your return. You’ll promptly receive the return address and all important information. Please send the unopened products with a copy of your invoice back to us. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
If you receive damaged goods, please contact our customer service immediately and we will promptly arrange a free replacement delivery.

We use environmentally friendly packaging made from reusable apothecary glass and sustainable shipping materials, minimizing our plastic use and carbon footprint as much as possible.
We source our high-quality raw materials exclusively from certified suppliers in Germany and Austria. Long-standing partnerships and regular quality checks guarantee the consistently high quality of our products. All suppliers meet the strict German and European quality standards for dietary supplements.
Our range includes numerous organic-certified products, including high-quality plant extracts and traditional medicinal mushrooms. All organic products are manufactured and regularly inspected according to the strict requirements of EU organic certification.
