Shipping & Payment
Shipping Terms
Delivery is available within Germany and throughout the entire European Union. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping Partners
We ship climate-neutrally via DHL and DHL Express. Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany): Standard shipping: €4.90. For orders over €60, shipping is free of charge.
EU deliveries: Standard shipping: €12.90. For orders over €100, we also offer free shipping within the EU.
Delivery Times: Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2–5 days, and international deliveries take 5–9 days after the contract is concluded (or, in the case of advance payment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one package, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
