All Vitalplant® products are handcrafted in Germany to the highest quality standards in our family-run manufactory in Memmingen. High quality standards and pharmaceutical expertise are always our top priorities.
In manufacturing, we pay attention to high-quality, laboratory-tested ingredients and completely refrain from using unnecessary additives and anti-caking agents. This way, we guarantee that you receive exactly the product that offers added value for your health and ensures optimal tolerability.
Yes, almost all of our products are vegan and are offered in vegan capsule shells . Only our product “Men’s Capsules” uses gelatin capsules and is therefore not vegan.
Regular laboratory testing of raw materials and standardized manufacturing processes in accordance with the GMP standard guarantee the highest quality. In addition, we use an internal pharmaceutical quality management system based on many years of experience in the German pharmacy sector.
Order and shipping
The standard delivery time after successful receipt of payment is 2-3 business days within Germany. Within Europe, delivery usually takes 3-6 business days.
For orders of 60€ or more, we deliver free of shipping charges within Germany. Within the EU, we offer free shipping from 100€ .
You can conveniently pay via PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Sofortüberweisung, invoice, or prepayment.

We currently ship domestically via DHL and within Europe exclusively via DHL Express.
You will usually receive your tracking information directly by email after your parcel has been successfully handed over to DHL. If you have not received the email, you can find the tracking information in your user account.

Product information
The shelf life is generally between 12 and 18 months from production. You can also find more detailed information on the individual product packaging.
In our specialized manufacturing facility, we produce only food supplements. We consciously avoid unnecessary additives and fillers. No nuts, legumes, or other allergens are processed. Our products are free from gluten, lactose, and soy. Please still check the ingredient list on the respective product label.
Our supplements are scientifically designed to complement one another and can be combined synergistically. For optimal active ingredient combinations, we recommend our specially developed Vital Packages and Nutrient Complexes, which are tailored to different areas of health. Our team of experts will be happy to provide you with personalized recommendations.
Return and warranty
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This requires that the products are in their unopened original condition . In justified individual cases, we also offer a goodwill solution after the deadline has expired.
You can cancel your contract via your customer account. Alternatively, you can also declare the cancellation as a guest using the following link.
Simply contact us by email or contact form regarding your return. You will promptly receive the return address and all important information. Please send the unopened products back to us with a copy of the invoice. Once we have received and checked them, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
If the goods are damaged, please contact our customer service immediately and we will promptly arrange a free replacement delivery.

We rely on environmentally friendly packaging made from reusable apothecary glass and sustainable shipping materials, thereby minimizing our plastic consumption and CO2 footprint as much as possible.
We source our high-quality raw materials exclusively from certified suppliers in Germany and Austria. Long-standing partnerships and regular quality inspections guarantee the consistently high quality of our products. All suppliers meet the strict German and European quality standards for food supplements.
Our range includes numerous organic-certified products, including high-quality plant extracts and traditional medicinal mushrooms. All organic products are manufactured according to the strict requirements of EU organic certification and are regularly inspected.
