Three essentials for menopause

Frauen Vital 50+ is the counterpart to our Frauen Vital bundle and is designed for women going through menopause: a plant-based menopause complex, pure collagen, and vitamins D3 and K2 in drop form. Save compared to buying each product separately.

What’s in the bundle

Meno Vital capsules. This complex brings together yam, reishi, red clover, and sage—four ingredients with a long tradition in women’s health, particularly around menopause.

Collagen powder. Type I and III hydrolysed collagen from pasture-raised animals, with a neutral taste and good solubility. Collagen is the body’s most abundant structural protein, and the body’s own production decreases with age.

Vitamin D3 + K2 drops. Vegan vitamin D3 from lichens, combined with vitamin K2 and dissolved in oil for easy drop-by-drop dosing.

What vitamins D and K do

Bone health becomes a key focus during menopause. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Vitamin K also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Both claims are listed in the EU Register of authorised health claims.

Ingredients and quality

Meno Vital Capsules: Yam root extract (20% diosgenin), reishi extract, red clover extract, sage extract, vegetarian capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Collagen Powder: Hydrolyzed bovine collagen.

Vitamin D3 + K2 Drops: MCT oil (MCT = medium-chain triglycerides), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin K2 (all-trans MK7).

Meno Vital Capsules: Take 1 capsule each morning and evening with a sufficient amount of liquid with a meal.

Collagen Powder: Mix 10 g (1 heaped measuring spoon) into 250 ml of a liquid of your choice daily, e.g. water, coffee or juice, and consume.

Vitamin D3 + K2 Drops: Take 1 drop daily with a meal.

Each product has its own recommended dosage, which you can find on the label and the relevant product page. Stir the collagen into a drink once a day, take Meno Vital in the morning and evening, and take the drops with a meal if possible, as vitamin D is fat-soluble.

Yes, the pack is designed so the products can be combined. You can take them together or spread them throughout the day. If you take medication regularly, such as blood thinners, check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamin K.

Meno Vital lasts around two months when taking two capsules daily, the 600 g collagen powder lasts about 60 days, and the Vitamin D3 + K2 drops last considerably longer. You can find the exact supply duration for each product in the product details on its product page.

Yes. The bundle price is lower than the total of the individual prices, and you can see the savings directly in the crossed-out comparison price. You get exactly the same products as you would when buying them individually.

Not quite: Collagen powder is an animal product, as collagen cannot be obtained from plants. Meno Vital and the Vitamin D3 + K2 drops, however, are vegan; the capsule shells are made from plant-based cellulose (HPMC).

Simply resume taking it as usual the next day, and don't take a double dose. Supplements are intended for regular use over an extended period, so missing a single day won't make a difference.
