Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. These cancellation terms explain how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions
If you sign up for a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery is billed unless you pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew your subscription, you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription. Pre-orders
If you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon, but is currently not in stock. We may not charge any payment or may charge a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Try before you buy
If you buy an item to try it out, we authorise your payment method before we process the order. You will have a certain period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If the period has expired and you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
