We currently ship throughout the entire European Union.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Free shipping from:
- €60 within Germany
- €100 within Europe
Processing & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Delivery times:
- Germany: 2–3 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–5 business days
In exceptional cases, slight delays may occur.
Customs & Fees
Within the EU, there are no customs or import fees .
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for shipment tracking.
Packaging
We pack all orders securely and use environmentally friendly materials wherever possible.
Problems with Delivery
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at support@vitalplant.de.
Returns
